How to use it?
We made it in a way to be very simple to use, there are only four fields to be filled out:
STEP 1

Sender:
Here you have to give an alias or a clue about who you are (e.g. a friend, someone curious ... etc.). We will use this to notify the addressee about the person asking the question and the recipient of your question will know you by this name.

STEP 2

E-mail of the Recipient:
You have to enter the e-mail address of the person from whom you want to ask something. We will notify him/her about your question at this e-mail address. He/she will receive a notification e-mail about who is asking the question (the Nickname provided above) with a link to a webpage where the question can be seen and answered. The e-mail will contain an access code as well which has to be entered at the given link, before opening the question. This is needed for security reasons; this way the questions and answers are protected from unauthorized persons.

STEP 3

Your e-mail:
You have to provide your e-mail address where we can notify you once your question is answered. At this e-mail address you will receive two notification mails one after the question is sent and another one after your question is answered. Both e-mails contain the link where the question and answer can be opened and the necesarry access codes to open the question/answer. The recipient of your question will not see your e-mail address, he/she will see only your nickname, the e-mail is fully confidential and noone will have access to it. This is needed only to notify you when your question is answered and to send you the link where you can see the answer.

STEP 4
| As a last step you just have to enter your question, send it, and wait for the answer |
